Mr. Brynestad is the founder of Seabourn Cruise Line and has served as Chairman of Cunard Line Ltd. and as a Board Member of Carnival Cruise Lines. On Board Experience

Guests enjoy the “SeaDream treatment” from the moment they come aboard. The yachting experience begins with a warm welcome from the captain with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. The rest is up to each guest. Guests can lounge by the pool or on SeaDream’s signature Balinese Dream Beds, relax in the Thai-Certified SeaDream Spa, practice their game at a Golf Simulator, visit the Fitness Center or enjoy water sports right off the back of the yacht from the Watersports Marina. By night, music and a lively social atmosphere fill the yachts. The Casino and Piano Bar are popular places for guests to mingle with new friends or they can enjoy an after-dinner cocktail while admiring the breathtaking night views.

All cuisine is prepared à la minute and served al fresco or in the Dining Salon. International menus incorporate local flavors of the region with the freshest, high-quality ingredients often locally sourced. For those interested, SeaDream features an extensive Plant-Based & Vegan Menu. A complimentary daily selection of wine pairings is provided at lunch and dinner from the SeaDream cellar, stocked with a varied collection from the Old and New World. An open bar with select premium brands is available throughout the day.

Shore Excursions

Yachting Land Adventures Yachting Land Adventure excursions can be booked and purchased on board. The excursions are designed by SeaDream’s Activities Managers to be enjoyed in small groups, allowing each guest to experience the dream destinations to their fullest. Intimate Ports & Harbors Itineraries include destinations with hidden yachting harbors and smaller, less crowded ports and passages where large ships cannot visit. SeaDream I & SeaDream II visit the Caribbean and Mediterranean.

SeaDream yachts are available for unforgettable private charters, hosting groups for corporate events, special anniversaries, birthday parties or family reunions.   • Most departures offer Virtuoso onboard credit. Select sailings promotions are not combinable. Speak to your advisor about the best deals and if the special onboard credit qualifies for your selected sailing.

  • Yes. Children 1 year of age and older are welcome on board. However, no babysitting or formal children's club. You will see more children yachting through the summer and school holidays. If you are thinking of chartering the vessel for a family reunion or celebration, we would be more than happy to organize a custom children's club for the little ones on board during your sailing.   • Absolutely! It is a favourite activity for our valued customers when travelling onboard SeaDream Yacht Club vessels. Once you are onboard activities can be arranged through the concierge.

    Matching monogrammed pyjamas will be delivered the night before your under-the-stars experience. On the evening of your sleep, you will find your Balinese bed reserved with your name done up with sheets, duvets and pillows. Then you will have the opportunity to indulge in a hot beverage and spend a few hours gazing at the stars under the Caribbean or European skies. If you stay the whole night, wake up to the morning ocean breeze.

    INSIDER TIP Both yachts SeaDream I and SeaDream II have 11 Balinese beds, including a larger more private one at the Bow of the ship. To make sure you reserve this bed make sure this is the first task you do when you board the vessel so you are not disappointed.
